Whether it's through pampering and pleasure products, a personal or couples consultation, or a Vulva/Body Crafts activity, she helps you relearn and reclaim your pleasure. Hailing from Los Angeles, CA, Cecilia graduated with her Masters in Social Work from Boston University in 2006, and also began her Athena's business to supplement her income. Party after party, she realized her passion for sexuality education.

Cecilia is now fully committed to Sexuality Educator life, dabbling in youth sexuality education for both Planned Parenthood League of Massachusetts and Partners in Sex Education

In 2012, she joined Athena's group of prestigious Company Trainers.  She happily quit her day job in 2014 to focus on her Athena's business and her Team, "Sirens and Satyrs." She now also works in the Athena's Home Office as the Connection Coordinator, assisting the newest distributors as they navigate their new businesses

PLEASURE AS SELF-CARE.
KNOWLEDGE IS SELF-CARE.

As a Survivor Speaker for the Boston Area Rape Crisis Center, Cecilia recognized the value in having open and honest conversations about consent and pleasure. As a sexual assault survivor, the pleasures of dance, movement, and sexual connection helped her reclaim and love her body.

Self-care can be about feeling safe, engaged, and able to manage different situations. Pleasure can be a part of self-care.

For many vulva owners, the root of pleasure is in the clitoris. Much like the clitoris has been historically ignored, pleasure as self-care has been downplayed. This rings especially true for female-identified people of color.

As a member of the Women of Color Sexual Health Network, Cecilia continues to practice focusing on social justice issues in the field of sexuality. She recognizes that not all bodies are always represented, and tries to empower those bodies to make and take space.

Goddess Cecilia along with her creation Voula the Vulva hope to change that. Voula and Vulva/Body Crafts is a fun, tactile way to learn about the pleasure while being able to reclaim the parts that are often neglected.
